This policy explains what Icon Industries Inc. collects when you use iconindustries.io, why we collect it, who it goes to, and how you can get it removed. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, such as the contact form, the 5-Minute Authority Audit, or the 4-Video Sample request, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, business or brand name, email address, phone number, website address, and the answers you provide about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and how you move through it. We also store a small record in your browser of how you first found us, including whether you arrived from a search engine, an advertisement, a referral link, or an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google AI. That record stays in your browser and is attached to a form submission only if you choose to submit one.
Website scan information. If you give us your website address in the Authority Audit, we request publicly available pages from that website, the same way a search engine does, and score what we find. We do not access private areas, accounts, or anything behind a login.
To answer you, to deliver what you asked for such as an audit report or a content sample, to follow up about working together, to run and improve this website, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal effects.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platforms, is permitted solely so that we can operate our own communications with you. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
We never sell mobile numbers or opt-in data. Giving us a phone number is optional on every form on this site, and a phone number is never required to receive an audit report, a content sample, or a reply.
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, you may receive messages about your request, scheduling, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Our full messaging terms are in the Terms of Service.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us. These include our customer relationship management and email platform, our website host and content delivery network, and our analytics providers. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
This site uses cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and to remember how you first arrived. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from using the site or submitting a form. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
We keep form submissions and contact records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and after that only as long as we need for legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@iconindustries.io and we will act on it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, but we will confirm that in writing if you ask.
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
This site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
