These terms cover your use of iconindustries.io and the free tools on it. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.

You may use this site for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, and do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
The 5-Minute Authority Audit, the 4-Video Sample, and the AI visibility scan are provided free and for information only. Scores, reports, video concepts, and recommendations reflect our professional opinion based on what you tell us and what is publicly visible on your website. They are not a promise of any particular business result, ranking, citation, or revenue outcome, and they are not legal, financial, or tax advice.
If you give us a website address, you confirm you are entitled to have it reviewed. Our scan requests publicly available pages the same way a search engine does. It does not access private areas, accounts, or anything behind a login.
Materials we prepare for you free of charge, including sample video concepts, remain our property until a signed agreement says otherwise. You are welcome to read them, share them internally, and make your own decision from them.
Phone number fields on this site are optional. If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, the following applies.
Program description. Icon Industries sends text messages about your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, delivery of items you asked for such as an audit report or content sample, and occasional information about our services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You will not receive messages if you do not opt in.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop sending them. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (760) 933-9696 or info@iconindustries.io, for help.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions outside our control.
Privacy. We never sell mobile numbers, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
If you give us your email address we will use it to send what you asked for and to follow up about working together. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it promptly.
The text, design, video, photography, and other material on this site belong to Icon Industries Inc. or the people we license it from. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable portions with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own. Third party names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners and appear to identify work we have produced or brands we have worked with.
Studio rentals, production work, and ongoing engagements are quoted separately and governed by the proposal, statement of work, or agreement you sign. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and fees described here, including any starting price, are indications rather than binding quotes.
This site links to other websites, including San Diego Podcast Studios and third party tools. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not control.
This site and the free tools on it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Icon Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free tools, and our total liability connected to them is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts serving San Diego County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will show when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
